At Dayananda Sagar University – Online, we uphold transparency and fairness in our financial dealings with students.
Overview
This Refund Policy is designed to clearly communicate the terms, conditions, and procedures related to the refund of fees paid by students for admission to our programs. The policy is in alignment with the guidelines issued by the University Grants Commission (UGC).
Refund Eligibility and Schedule
Refunds will be calculated based on the timing of the cancellation request relative to the program start date, as detailed below:

| 2 | 90% | Less than 15 days before the formally notified last date of admission |
| 3 | 80% | 15 days or less after the formally notified last date of admission |
| 4 | 50% | 30 days or less, but more than 15 days after formally notified last date of admission |
| 5 | 0% | More than 30 days after formally notified last date of admission |
* Refund percentages are calculated on eligible fees only, excluding non-refundable components.

Procedure for Requesting a Refund
Submit a written refund request via e-mail : helpdesk@dsuonline.com

- Student Name
- Application Number / USN
- Program Name
- Date of Admission
- Reason for cancellation/refund request
- Bank details or payment details for refund processing
- Attach any supporting documents
- The refund request will be acknowledged within 5 working days.
